06-04-17: China wants foreign firms to help control outgoing cash-flow

Foreign companies in China should help control how much cash flows out of the country, says the State Administration of Foreign Exchange. The request comes amidst growing discontent among foreign companies with Beijing´s tight control of international cash circulation.

“A stable and good foreign exchange is in line with the common interests of regulators and market players and it requires joint efforts from all sides,” Pan Gongsheng, of People´s Bank of China, said.
