Asia House and the Danish Embassy in New Delhi are pleased to invite you to the Business Forum ”India’s 100 Smart Cities – A Danish SME Perspective” on 2rd November at Asia House.
In June, Asia House and the Danish Embassy in New Delhi hosted a Business Forum on India’s “100 Smart Cities” – launching the Danish Embassy’s report on India’s Smart Cities scheme “Smart Livable Cities in India”. The successful Business Forum had 90 participants and vibrant discussions. The Business Forum will continue the discussions and knowledge-building from the Smart Cities Business Forum in June. However, this time the Business Forum will have a specific focus on how Danish SME´s can access and engage in the business opportunities under the Indian government´s “100 Smart Cities” scheme.
The “100 Smart Cities” scheme is tender-driven, so in order to access and engage in the business opportunities, a company – no matter its size has to go through a fairly complex tender process. The Business Forum will focus on the different opportunities Danish SME’s have in engaging in a tender-driven process in India.
