We kicked off the month with an editorial in Børsen, sharing our vision for Denmark to strengthen its ties with Asia. We attended the World Maritime University graduation ceremony to support the students through our Specialization Prizes. This was followed by our hosting of the Olesen International Shipping and Trade Conference in collaboration with Copenhagen Business School. Shortly after, we headed to Helsinki to attend a summit focused on startup founders, SLUSH 2024, where Peter Johansen from our NAVA project took part in the Tokyo Pitch Night, connecting Nordic startups with Japanese investors.
Additionally, we sat down with Johanna, the Student Project Manager behind CBS Asia Days, to hear about her journey organizing this student-led initiative ─ an initiative which Asia House continues to sponsor by hosting their networking night every year. You can read more about that in our latest interview.
And don’t miss this month’s Asia Insight, where we dive into the rise of Singles’ Day — the world’s largest shopping event.
