Asia house project Dansk-Asiatisk SMV Netværk is in full swing. Lars Siggaard Andersen and Gert Grønkjær are in Vietnam, meeting Danish businesspeople in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh to further Danish-Vietnamese business relations. Denmark has twice as many companies in Vietnam as the rest of Scandinavia combined. Among some of those is kubikle who Lars and Gert visited yesterday.

kubikle is a manufacturer and supplier of acoustic pods for hospitality, retail and office environments. There is a huge market for these modular, sound insulated sleeping cubes – just as there is a huge demand for Kubikle’s “mute boxes”.

Today, the evening was spent networking at the Danish Restaurant “Viking Beer”, where the Danish/Vietnamese chef Tuan had prepared delicious roast pork. Here, great discussions took place among a large group of Danish businesspeople in Hanoi.

On Wednesday 23 Nov, DASN will be hosting a networking meeting in Ho Chi Minh – and you can still make it. Contact Lars Siggaard Andersen or Gert Grønkjær if you are interested in attending. The goal of The Danish-Asian SME Network is to forge strong ties between Danish businesspeople living in Vietnam and Danish companies that want to work with and in Vietnam.

If this sounds intriguing, make sure to not to miss the next business trip.
