Asia House’s project, NAVA, recently participated in Tokyo’s Food Innovation Week, connecting with key stakeholders in Japan’s dynamic food landscape.

Highlights:

– Japan AgriFoodTech Meetup 2023: Pitches by Japanese and non-Japanese startups, panel discussions with major players like Asahi, Kewpie, and Meiji.

– Shibuya Startup Support’s brunch: Welcoming a diverse crowd participating in Tokyo’s food innovation festivities.

– The Global Food Tech Summit, Smart Kitchen Summit Japan 2023: A premier event fostering networking and discussions on sustainable solutions.

Vibrant Food Ecosystem:

NAVA observed Japan’s young and passionate food innovation ecosystem, where startups and corporations actively engaged in discussions and presentations. Food Hack Tokyo provided a valuable networking opportunity after the conference.

An intriguing surprise was seeing a researcher from the famous Danish restaurant, The Alchemist, take the stage.
