Last week, we hosted our biannual Living Asia event under the theme: Investigating Asia. This season’s event celebrated the EAC Prize 2025 (sponsored by the EAC Foundation), showcasing outstanding Asia-focused bachelor assignments from Copenhagen Business School and Københavns Universitet – University of Copenhagen.
The competition was fierce, with nominees delivering inspiring and high-quality work. Congratulations to our winners: Magnus L. & Vania Valbusa from Copenhagen Business School, as well as Lena Mason from University of Copenhagen (Københavns Universitet).
We also want to recognize all the nominees for their excellent contributions:
Katerina Alex Searle, Karoline Gadegaard, Ann-Sophie Kjelstrup, Mai Brøndum Højgaard Jakobsen, Kenneth Hemme and Therese Steffensen.
Your work made this year’s competition truly impressive.
A huge thank you to our board members Kenneth P. Luciani and Martin Jes Iversen, who, together with the committee – Jesper Nielsen, Bersant Hobdari, Liping Jiang, Björn Jindra and Honar Abdollahi – were deeply involved in the entire process, from reviewing assignments to selecting and presenting the winners.
We were also privileged to hear from keynote speaker Malene Jensen, who shared insights from her work as a journalist in Asia, highlighting the region’s complexity and global significance.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this year’s event a memorable success!
