Dewi Dylander

CEO

Extensive leadership experience spanning diplomacy, law, sustainability, and finance. Career includes senior roles as Head of Secretariat at IMCA, Head of Sustainability at PKA, Group Legal Executive at ATP, and Denmark’s Chief Climate Negotiator, alongside earlier roles as lawyer at the Attorney General’s Office and diplomat in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including posting to Paris, France. Chairman of SustainSolutions, Deputy Chairman of Concito, and Board Member of SDG Invest. Holds a law degree from the University of Copenhagen, with studies in Switzerland and at Stanford University.

Peter Johansen

Project Manager

Author to the book Fragments of Modern India (original: Brudstykker af det moderne Indien) and owner of the website: Indien.dk. External lecturer on South Asian affairs at University of Aarhus, Folkeuniversitet, Grundtvigs Højskole and a number of high schools. Extensive experience as external consultant and project manager in IT sector involved in end-to-end implementations and global roll-outs of HRM systems.

Torben Krab

Head of Strategic Partnerships

Torben has lived in and worked with Asia for more than 15 years. Has worked with international programs and projects within the sustainability agenda in Asia for both private companies, UN agencies and NGO’s.

Melissa Byberg

Head of events & communications

Internationally experienced marketing and communications specialist with a focus on intercultural business administration and a specialisation in sustainable business. Passionate about sustainable solutions and NGO, activism- and volunteer-based work. Has lived in Japan twice and enthusiastic about relations and business in Asia. Thrives on aligning efforts that support breaking down barriers and bringing people together.

Honar Abdollahi

Head of youth initiatives

Internationally experienced with focus on global citizenship, youth engagement, culture and innovation. With a passion for cultivating international partnerships transcending industries with focus on driving initiatives that contribute to social impact that spans diverse sectors. These include education, advocating for the importance of a global perspective. Has lived in the Middle East for many years and worked with international programs and projects in NGO’s and UN Agencies.

Tom Sebastian

Senior Advisor

Tom Sebastian brings over 17 years of leadership experience in sustainability, socio-economic development, and entrepreneurship. His career spans diplomacy with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, consulting with Accenture and Palladium, and senior roles at Asia House, where he designed and led multi-stakeholder initiatives focused on climate adaptation, inclusive entrepreneurship, and blended finance. As an investor across Asia Pacific, he works with institutional investors, governments, foundations, and corporations to mobilize capital, foster innovation, and advance systemic solutions for sustainable growth, climate resilience, and market systems development for livelihoods.

Stig Larsen

Accounting

Founder & current managing director of Larsen Finance & Administration, who delivers innovative solutions for small & medium enterprises within the field of accounting, payroll, administration, Business Process Optimization, and Digitalization & Automation. Thus, helping companies to focus on their core product/service and succeed.

Salma Nawaz

Senior Event Assistant

International experience in resource management, specifically in water, environment, and climate sector. An enthusiastic and committed team player with a passion for exceeding expectations.

Mira Topp

Student Assistant

Bachelor of China Studies at University of Copenhagen, and currently studying a master in Social Data Science. Mira has an interest in cross-cultural relations and interest in learning more about Denmark-Asia relations.
