Profound practice in multi-stakeholder partnership collaboration and bridge-building between public, private, and social sectors, and close cooperation with Danish business sector in export markets. Deputy Head of Denmark’s Embassy in China 2003-2007 and Ambassador to Mexico and the Caribbean 2010-2014.

Peter Johansen

Project Manager

Author to the book Fragments of Modern India (original: Brudstykker af det moderne Indien) and owner of the website: Indien.dk. External lecturer on South Asian affairs at University of Aarhus, Folkeuniversitet, Grundtvigs Højskole and a number of high schools. Extensive experience as external consultant and project manager in IT sector involved in end-to-end implementations and global roll-outs of HRM systems.

Dorte Boel-Kjær

Head of Administrations

Experienced administrator with an extensive background in human resource management and accounting. Has comprehensive knowledge of accountancy from years of working in auditing firms, as well as broad experience as executive assistant to numerous CEOs; well-versed in office management, recruiting, logistics, and HR policies.

Torben Krab

Head of Strategic Partnerships

Torben has lived in and worked with Asia for more than 15 years. Has worked with international programs and projects within the sustainability agenda in Asia for both private companies, UN agencies and NGO’s.

Melissa Simone Byberg

Head of events & communications

Internationally experienced marketing and communications specialist with a focus on intercultural business administration and a specialisation in sustainable business. Passionate about sustainable solutions and NGO, activism- and volunteer-based work. Has lived in Japan twice and enthusiastic about relations and business in Asia. Thrives on aligning efforts that support breaking down barriers and bringing people together.

Honar Abdollahi

Head of youth initiatives

Internationally experienced with focus on global citizenship, youth engagement, culture and innovation. With a passion for cultivating international partnerships transcending industries with focus on driving initiatives that contribute to social impact that spans diverse sectors. These include education, advocating for the importance of a global perspective. Has lived in the Middle East for many years and worked with international programs and projects in NGO’s and UN Agencies.

Student of China Studies at University of Copenhagen with an interest in cross-cultural relations and communications. Has a can-do attitude and a major interest in learning more about Denmark-Asia relations.
