Japan-Denmark Food Tech Exchange

The EAC Foundation • Asia House, in partnership with the Embassy of Japan in Denmark, is pleased to invite you to the Japan–Denmark Food Tech Exchange – bringing together Danish and Japanese companies, researchers, authorities and organisations to explore how food technology can contribute to a more sustainable food system.

The programme moves from Denmark’s food ecosystem to concrete technologies and their real-world application. Through presentations and discussion, we will explore innovations in sustainable aquaculture, advanced materials and packaging, edible and biodegradable solutions, fermentation and sustainable food ingredients.

The afternoon concludes with networking, providing an opportunity to build new connections and explore future collaboration between Japanese and Danish stakeholders.
