The EAC Foundation • Asia House, in partnership with the Embassy of Japan in Denmark, is pleased to invite you to a conference bringing together Danish and Japanese leaders in food innovation, food technology, and circular food systems.
The conference will welcome a high-level delegation of approximately 15 leading Japanese food and food-tech companies, creating a unique opportunity to explore business opportunities, research collaboration, and strategic partnerships between Denmark and Japan.
Japan is emerging as one of the world’s most innovative markets for circular food solutions. Having achieved its national 2030 food waste reduction target eight years ahead of schedule, the country has accelerated investment in upcycled food products, circular ingredient innovation, and sustainable food production. The visiting delegation is coming to Denmark to engage with the Danish food innovation ecosystem and identify opportunities for future collaboration.
